Re-hello Alex,
Three things :
1 - check if you have you stated your domain during the install procedure (Server settings//public login URL =>mydomain.com)
2 - is your DNS correctly settled, i.e is your domain "mydomain.com" linked to your IP address (you may check if you have access to any other sites/links in your SBS via this domain ?)
3 - if you don't have access to your DNS setting (in case DNS settings are not settled), you may state your IP address as public url login.
A last guess would be that exchange takes care of it all, so you should first start globalsight.
